TICKET SALES ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO SEAT AVAILABILITY. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE PERFORMANCE

 For the enjoyment of all patrons, all comunications devices must be shut off or put on vibrate during a performance.
 
No photographs or recordings of any performance.
 
Patrons are allowed to take concessions purchased at our concession stand to their seats.  Please dispose of any cans, cups, wrappers and any other trash in the appropriate containers provided.  We have recycle containers next to all trash containers - PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR THEATRE CLEAN AND PLEASE RECYCLE.
 
All ticket exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours before show time, REQUESTS CAN BE MADE BY TELEPHONE OR BY EMAIL.
 
All Flex Passes, Gift Certificates and other coupons require advance reservations.  Please understand that some shows may be sold out, so please have an alternate date picked.
 
If for any reason you can not attend a performance please call the Box Office so that we can exchange them for another performance or you can release the seats.  You might consider donating back unuseable tickets to the theatre so that they can be used by another patron.  You may be able to use the ticket value as an charitable contribution deduction on your taxes. Please note that you can not do this once the performance has past.
 
Our Box Office hours are very limited, the Box Office is opened only on Wednesdays and Fridays that is 2 days per week, from Noon to 5 p.m., the week preceeding all performances.  If the next weekend does not have any scheduled performances, then the Box Office is closed, however, you can always leave a voice message on our telephone recorder  916 489-752, messages are retrieved on the next business day that we are open.  You can also write to us at our email address tickets@cplayhouse.org, email is monitored several times a day and all ticket exchange and other requests are handled as quickly as possible and a response will be sent back to you by return email.
 
The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone by refunding your purchase.
 
You can also call the Box Office approximately 45 minutes before show time, however, please keep in mind that the staff is very busy helping people at the Box Office window and may not be able to get to your call in time before it goes to voice-mail.  Please consider calling, if possible, 15 minutes after a show starts.
